Optrex America super high bright TFT LCD range
Optrex America has introduced three super high bright TFT LCDs, including a 19″ diagonal panel, with 1500 nits (cd/m2) brightness, low power consumption, wide operating temperature ranges and white LED backlights with 100K-hour lifetimes. -
Osram TopLED Black Series 30° beam angle colour range
Osram has added three colours to its TopLED Black Series 60° beam angle range. A 30° beam angle version is available with all five colours; red, yellow, blue, green and orange. -

High-speed diode
The CMAD4448 120 V, 250 mA ultra high speed switching diode in the FEMTOmini SOT-923 package is designed for applications requiring a high-speed diode in an ultra-small package. The device uses 50% less board space compared with the SOD-0523, and has a 32% lower package profile. -
Rectifier diodes
The Powerex R700 and R701 general-purpose semiconductor rectifier diode series features high current ratings up to 550 A and high voltage ratings to 4400 using an industry-standard housing. -
Ultra low leakage diode
Central Semiconductor has released the CMAD6001 ultra low leakage diode in the SOD-923 package. This device is a 100 V, 250 mA diode with a low leakage current (IR) of 0.5 nA max., and low capacitance of 2.0 pF max. -
Converter boards
The Prisma II series of RGB/DVI/video converter boards from Apollo Display Technologies provides a range of solutions with analog control for connecting TFT LCDs to standard graphics and/or video interfaces.
