Amtex has released an addition to its range of three step chargers, the 2240 and 2240LI series. Available as a 6 V 1.3 A, 12 V 1 A and 24 V 0.5 A for lead acid batteries or for charging 1-4 cell Li-Ion batteries.
The 2240 LI has 'current detection' as charge termination for safe charge of 1-4 cell Li-Ion batteries. It is used with lead acid batteries and has automatic short circuit and reverse polarity protection, universal AC input of 90-264 V and an IEC320 mains connector.
