Linear Technology LTC6246, LTC6247 and LTC6248 op amps

Linear Technology has introduced the LTC6246, LTC6247 and LTC6248, a family of op amps that uses a power-efficient SiGe process to achieve 180 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 90 V/µs slew rate, while consuming 1 mA maximum current per amplifier.

The single, dual and quad op amps also feature rail-to-rail inputs and outputs and 4.2 nV/Hz wideband noise.

Input offset voltage is specified at 500 µV max and open loop gain is 45 V/mV. Bias current cancellation is employed to achieve a maximum of 350 nA input bias current over most of the input common mode voltage range, allowing these products to be used in many applications with high source resistance such as portable instrumentation and other battery-powered or heat-constrained precision systems.

The family is available in versions fully specified over the commercial (0 -70ºC), industrial (-40 to 85ºC) and high-temperature (-40 to 125ºC) ranges. A shutdown feature reduces current consumption to 42 µA in the SOT-23 6-lead single and MSOP-10 dual versions.
