SchmartBoard’s PCBs, available from Glyn High-Tech, are said to be the easiest electronic circuit prototyping system on the market.
The boards work with miniaturised components and a technology that solves hand-soldering problems. A fine-tip soldering iron is used to solder the IC with no additional solder required. The user can solder a 0.4 mm IC quickly.
Designs can also be easily debugged and recycled, using a modular approach where surface-mount ICs can be soldered onto individual PCBs for SOP, QFP, PLCC, BGA and through-hole ICs and then interconnected.
The system allows complicated prototypes to be built and tested more easily by interconnecting fully tested and debugged modules.
