The CMAD4448 120 V, 250 mA ultra high speed switching diode in the FEMTOmini SOT-923 package is designed for applications requiring a high-speed diode in an ultra-small package. The device uses 50% less board space compared with the SOD-0523, and has a 32% lower package profile.
